Nik's Matrix Studio
Apps, demos & working ideas — Toronto

Imagination,
built to use.

A working studio of games and apps by NikO. Each one started as an idea I couldn't shake. They're here so you can try them, and so you can see how close your own ideas are to being real.

Artist statement

Family first. Then the things I can't stop making.

I'm NikO, a family man and entrepreneur in Toronto. My days are spent providing orthopaedic care, crafting custom orthotics, teaching and coaching, value investing, and helping new business owners build from the ground up.

A while ago I started building apps with AI. I'm not a programmer by training. I had ideas, some patience, and a willingness to break things until they worked. The habit stuck, and it turned into something closer to an addiction.

What keeps me at it is the moment an idea stops being a sketch and becomes a tool someone can use. That gap used to take a team and a budget. Today it takes curiosity and a clear picture of what you want.

I share this work so you can see that for yourself. If something here sparks an idea of your own, build it. Or bring it to me and we'll build it together.

Start with a real problem.

The best apps here fixed something that annoyed me first.

Ship the rough version.

A working draft teaches more than a perfect plan.

Seeing it done is what makes people believe they can do it too.
